Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Stellux Interactive (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit stelluxinteractive.com (the “Site”). We are an independent game studio based in the Czech Republic.

1. What this Site does (and does not do)
- The Site is a static marketing site for our games and studio.
- We do not run user accounts, logins, shopping carts, or comment systems on this Site.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad networks on this Site.
2. Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Site performs (for example page views, referrers, and Core Web Vitals such as load and interaction metrics). A small script (the Cloudflare “beacon”) loads from Cloudflare and sends measurement data to Cloudflare when you visit the Site.
- According to Cloudflare, this product is designed to be cookieless: it does not use cookies, localStorage, or similar client-side storage to identify you, and it is not intended to fingerprint visitors for analytics display.
- Cloudflare states that client IP addresses received with beacon requests are discarded at the edge and not stored for Web Analytics identity tracking.
- Data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (and affiliated entities). Processing may occur on Cloudflare’s global network, which can include locations outside the EU.
We use this analytics data for our legitimate interest in running a reliable website
(performance, traffic trends, and fixing issues). You can block the beacon with browser
extensions or network filters that block
static.cloudflareinsights.com / Cloudflare RUM endpoints.

3. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set our own tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not show a cookie consent banner because we are not using advertising or non-essential cookie-based trackers of our own.
That does not mean “nothing is measured.” Cloudflare Web Analytics still receives technical/performance signals from your browser as described above. If third-party embeds or destinations set their own cookies after you interact with them, those are governed by those third parties (see below).
4. Hosting and infrastructure
The Site files are hosted via GitHub Pages. Traffic may also pass through Cloudflare (DNS / CDN / security). Standard server and network logs (for example IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps) can be processed by those providers to deliver and protect the Site. Those providers act as processors / service providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. When you contact us
If you email contact@stelluxinteractive.com, we process the content of your message and your email address to reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that conversation and related studio records.
6. Third-party links and embeds
The Site links to third parties such as Steam, itch.io, Discord, Instagram, YouTube,
TikTok, and Ko-fi. If you open a trailer gallery, we may load a
YouTube privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com).
Once you leave our Site or load a third-party player, those services may collect data
under their own policies. We do not control that.
7. Your rights (EEA / UK / similar)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů — uoou.cz). To exercise rights related to data we control, email contact@stelluxinteractive.com.
8. Children
The Site is general audience studio information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for accounts or marketing on this Site.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have read the revised policy.
