Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of stelluxinteractive.com (the “Site”), operated by Stellux Interactive (“we”, “us”), an independent game studio based in the Czech Republic.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site provides information about Stellux Interactive, our games, trailers, links to storefronts and social channels, and ways to contact us. It is offered for general information and promotion. Game purchases, wishlists, downloads, and community services are handled by third-party platforms (for example Steam, itch.io, Discord), not by checkout on this Site.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape aggressively, overload, or break the Site or its hosting;
- misrepresent who you are when contacting us; or
- use Site content in a way that suggests an official partnership unless we agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual property
Games, names, logos, artwork, trailers, text, and other materials on the Site are owned by Stellux Interactive or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except where law allows (for example fair quotation / citation).
4. Third-party services
Links and embeds (Steam, itch.io, YouTube, social media, Ko-fi, Discord, and others) are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
5. Analytics and privacy
We use privacy-oriented website analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it. Using the Site means you understand that technical/performance analytics may run as disclosed there.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We try to keep information accurate, but game features, release timing, platforms, and store links can change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stellux Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections where they apply).
